CAAMŽ & CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT (CEU) PROGRAM

Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) was founded in 2003, as the premier trade organization for community management companies in Arizona.  Since it’s inception, AACM has stayed abreast of growing legislative and management challenges to meet the professional education needs of community managers.  In 2005 the Professional Standards Committee (PSC) created the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAMŽ) designation, the only Arizona specific certification for community managers.  The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) program, in support of the CAAMŽ certification will continue to offer CAAMŽ managers elective courses to enhance their professional education.

CAAMŽ certification requirements: all membership dues (if applicable), annual maintenance fee, course fees, continuing education credits and fees, and any other applicable fees must be current at the time of CAAMŽ renewal.

AACM will maintain records for each CAAMŽ manager.  The Management Company, of record, will be notified approximately four months prior to your managers’ required CAAMŽ renewal date.  However, it is recommended that each CAAMŽ manager maintain their own records and certificates.

The Management Company of record and/or the CAAMŽ manager must notify the AACM office of any employment changes on the Manager Change Form (MCF).
