December 3, 2008 – Tucson Citizen – "A-List" David Grant of Stratford Management and Mike Cadden of Cadden Community Management have been named to the Arizona Association of Community Managers board of directors. AACM is a professional organization dedicated to promoting community associations.

May 2, 2008 – Foothills Focus – “Carsons to benefit from HOPE Grant” An Anthem family is getting needed financial help thanks to the Arizona Association of Community Managers. The group presented the family of Chris Carson April 16 with the HOPE Grant to help Carson financially deal with the costs of a serious car crash last year.

April 28, 2008 – Arizona Republic – “Volunteers spruce up South Vistas community” The sun was high and smiles were bright Saturday as 200 volunteers descended into the South Vistas community near 12th Street and Southern Avenue at 7 a.m.
